WNS series Oil & Gas Fired Steam Boiler is a horizontal internal combustion three-pass fire tube boiler with wet-back corrugated furnace design. It is a packaged industrial steam unit compatible with multiple fuels including natural gas, LPG, diesel and heavy fuel oil. Equipped with imported low-NOx burner and PLC automatic control system, the boiler can continuously supply stable high-quality saturated steam with wide load adjustment range, widely applied in food processing, textile printing & dyeing, chemical, pharmaceutical, building material and rubber industries. Complete safety monitoring and interlock protection functions are integrated, including overpressure, overtemperature, high/low water level and flame failure alarm & shutdown protection to guarantee safe operation. Optional flue gas condensing economizer can recover waste heat to improve thermal efficiency, cut fuel consumption and reduce emission to meet strict environmental standards. Pre-assembled before delivery, short on-site installation time and low maintenance cost.
