Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about boiler selection, certification and service

How do I determine the required boiler capacity (evaporation / thermal power)?+

Base it on your maximum heat or steam load, then apply a 1.1–1.2 safety factor and add the simultaneity and peak-demand coefficients. Steam boilers are sized by maximum steam demand (kg/h); thermal oil heaters by total thermal load (kW). If the load fluctuates significantly, several smaller units in parallel are recommended to improve part-load efficiency.

Which applications suit gas, biomass, and thermal oil boilers respectively?+

Gas-fired boilers suit sites with stable natural gas supply that prioritize clean combustion and high automation. Biomass boilers suit regions rich in agricultural/forestry residues where fuel cost matters. Thermal oil heaters (organic heat transfer fluid boilers) suit processes needing 200–400°C medium-high temperature without water vaporization—e.g. chemical fiber, edible oil, carbon—operating at atmospheric pressure with high safety.

What are the advantages of thermal oil heaters over steam boilers?+

Thermal oil heaters reach 200–400°C at atmospheric pressure, avoiding high-pressure equipment and corresponding inspection grades, making the system safer. They offer higher thermal efficiency, better temperature control, and no condensation loss, but the heat transfer fluid requires periodic testing and replacement. Steam boilers remain preferable where direct steam heating or sterilization is needed.

Do exported units come with CE, ASME, EAC and other international certifications?+

Yes. We can provide CE (EU), ASME (USA), and EAC (EAEU) certifications on demand, plus SGS / BV / TÜV third-party inspection and ISO 9001 quality system certification, together with bilingual (CN/EN) drawings, strength calculations, and nameplates to meet destination regulatory requirements.

What are the delivery lead time and on-site installation/commissioning duration?+

Standard models typically deliver in 30–60 days; large or custom power-station boilers need 90–180 days. Installation after arrival takes about 2–6 weeks and commissioning 3–7 days, with remote guidance or on-site engineer service available. Exact schedules follow the technical agreement.

Do you support remote monitoring and overseas after-sales service?+

Yes. Units can be equipped with PLC + IoT modules for remote monitoring of operating parameters, fault warning, and data analytics. We maintain overseas service agents providing spares, training, and rapid-response support in Chinese, English, Arabic, and Russian.
