Product Introduction

Equipped with operation control and safety monitoring devices, featuring fully automatic temperature rise control, easy operation and convenient installation. Achieves high working temperature (≤340℃) under low operating pressure (<0.5MPa). When the oil temperature reaches 300℃, the operating pressure is only 1/70 of the saturated steam pressure of water, with thermal efficiency exceeding 95%. Delivers stable heating and precise temperature regulation, with temperature control accuracy up to ±1℃. Eliminates heat loss caused by leakage, dripping and seepage common in steam boilers, achieving 95% heat utilization rate and about 50% energy saving. Compact in size and flexible in installation, suitable for installation near heat-consuming equipment without foundation construction or on-duty personnel. Durable service life: With standard operation procedures, the service life can reach more than 10 years. The heat transfer medium of the heating system is organic heat carrier – thermal oil, which is odorless, non-toxic, pollution-free and non-corrosive to equipment. With long service life, it is a high-efficiency and energy-saving heating equipment of "low pressure and high temperature" type. Customizable: The shape can be designed according to customer requirements, with single-unit power ranging from 10KW to 6000KW available.
