Product Introduction

The YLW series thermal oil boiler is a horizontal chain-grate assembled boiler with a square coil. The chain grate and the boiler body are shipped separately. This boiler adopts a chain grate for mechanical feeding, is equipped with a forced draft fan and an induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and features a slag extractor for mechanical slag removal. During operation, fuel falls from the feed hopper onto the grate for combustion. High-temperature flue gas is reflected by the rear arch to the front of the furnace and enters the combustion chamber. After heat exchange through the radiant heating surface, it proceeds to the convective heating surface for convective heat transfer, then passes through the waste heat boiler, followed by the air preheater, and finally enters the dust collector. After dust removal, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere via the chimney.
